Hey

I need you to know something..........and it might be a little to weird to hear,
but it has to be said.

I need you to know you are not alone in this. 

No, you are not on your own my friend.
You have me have me there with you. 

Even if you don't realize it.


You have me.

You have me regardless of how many miles there are between us.
You have me no matter how long it's been since we last talked.
You have me even if you and I feel so far away.
You have me if you think I don't understand and when you think I have no idea who you truly are.


You still have me then.

You have me when you feel too guilty to talk about it. 

When you hate yourself for feeling this way.
When you hate yourself for being this way. 

For being you. 

You still have me then.

You have me when you've been holding on for so long now that you just want to let go. 

When you want to give up. 

When you think you don't deserve to be happy. 

You have me then too. 

You have me in your highs and you have me in your lows.
You have me when your lows are so low that you can't remember ever feeling high. 

When it seems like every problem, every mistake you've ever made is happening right now.
When it all feels too much. When it feels insurmountable. Impassable. Neverending. 

When it all feels just pointless.

When it feels like you can't go on anymore. 

You still 

have me 

then.

You have me when you need a distraction. When you need a laugh or when you simply need to vent.
You have me when you want to talk about it

and even when you don't. 

What I need you to know is...

You are not alone my friend.
